I'm starting something new for 2018. A way to free some of my favourite photos from the past month from my phone. These are snaps I've caught on the hop and catalogue the highs and lows (and the normal bits in between) of the month. This ties in with my resolution to get more photos printed! I'm still undecided on the format so I'll be experimenting a little with how to display the pictures.

Last week’s meal plan went down a treat with my Chicken and Prawn Paella the highlight of the week.
This week Husband is away a lot but I’m going to try and keep the meal planning going with the kids. This little recipe is a simplified version of the classic Spanish paella which is syn free on Slimming World - yes syn free! And trust me you would never know it.
January resolutions often start with a promise to lose our Christmas weight but we all know shedding the extra pounds it is so much harder than we expect and a bit of a shock to the system after the Christmas excesses. So I'm giving away two boxes of Lepicol Lighter which could give you a helping hand to meet your diet goals!
One of my January resolutions was to get back into planning our weekly dinners in advance. With our house move last year meal planning really slipped off the radar and our shopping bill and waist lines grew.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week... There hasn’t been much of these two on the blog lately. They have been loving our new home and the all the space we now have. It has made it easier for them to play together and I can see them growing closer by the day.
Kick off your new year in good health by winning this magnesium bundle from BetterYou.
Playing more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body each day, magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant, relieving muscle tension and creating a calming effect across the entire body. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency can include; Restless legs, fatigue, mood swings, migraines, cravings and achy joints and muscles. Seven in ten of us suffer from low levels of magnesium. It’s a fact that we don’t get enough from our daily diet, and so a supplement that gets straight to where it’s needed is the way to recharge our systems My girls have brand new bedrooms in our new house. It took a lot of hard work to decorate them in time for Christmas but we got there! We've gone very neutral as a base to personalise them. Now I'm looking at how we can store all their toys while keeping the room looking clean and smart. Here's some of my ideas for a great kids storage wish list.
'Hello! My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my Father. Prepare to die!"
Last night I watched my favourite film on the big screen for the first time. I'm showing my age here, to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of The Princess Bride the original 35mm film was shown at The Prince Charles Theatre just off Leicester Square. It was brilliant! The whole audience were laughing along to the caper. So amazing to see it on the big screen
Babies are pretty delicate at first and up to the age of 12months their immune systems are weaker meaning they are more vulnerable to catching infection. Milk is a notorious for harboring bacteria making it super important to make sure all baby feeding equipment from bottles and teats to breast-pump parts and even soothers are sterilised before every use. Milton is a household name you can trust when it comes to keeping your family safe and I have one of their fantastic Combi Sterilisers to giveaway to one reader.
