I have some weight to lose as I have gained over a stone in the past 6 months, I think some of the diets have contributed indirectly, I wanted to shoft only half a stone so decided to try slimming world, I found that the moment you stop dieting, it piles on twice as fast, I wish I hadnt bothered now, but as these make you feel fuller thus eating less, it sounds a better option as you get used to smaller portion sizes eventually
