 Oil has gotten a bad rap over the past few decades but with the tide turning away from low-fat to good-fat we should all make sure we know which oils are best to cook with while keeping us healthy.

 On Friday we visited The Natural History Museum. We have visited many times before and it is one of my favourite places in the world. But this visit was a bit different. Dippy the iconic Diplodocus skeleton cast who has greeted visitors in the grand Hintze Hall since 1979 (longer than my whole life) has been replaced with a new skeleton, Hope, a 25 metre blue whale
Serenity Jones has always known she can reach the other side. Even as a child her incredible psychic ability set her apart from the everyone else. And it has served her well. Now as a famous medium with her own TV talk show (think Oprah but with messages from dead loved ones) she has the world at her feet. But her quest for fame and fortune is at the expense of her psychic instincts and after a reading goes wrong she tries to recover her reputation but when this backfires her world quickly unravels on live TV.
 I announced a few weeks back that we are moving house! We are all very excited and I've been thinking a lot about the how we decorate the kid's bedrooms especially Little I's new room as she will have the loft room.
