October is one of my favourite months because it is my birthday! Lots of fun and laughs this year, in particular escaping from the Pharoah's tomb at Escape Rooms in London Bridge. That may have been the highlight of my year! Lots of cuddles with cousins, dinner parties and baking.

September = Back to school. Actually new schools for both the girls with Little E moving up to Junior School and Little I starting Reception at Infants. And I managed not to cry! It was also a month filled with birthday celebrations, lots of parties for the little ones and grown up celebrations with cocktails and whole pies. Then of course Husband's foot operation which has been rocky but it's lovely having him home all day.
Last month will be forever burnt into my memory as Husband and I shipped the kids off to France with their Grandparents while we celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary in Croatia. The week before we left I juggled keeping the kids entertained and my excessive work to do list and when we got back life switched to healthy eating, back to school shopping and catching up with my besties. A summer to remember.
I am a little obsessed with taking photos, especially of the kids, but I despair at how many beautiful shots are trapped in my phone memory. Enter Cheerz.
Cheerz is the go-to site for printing your photos direct from your phone, Insta or Facebook accounts. Just download the App or go online and upload your photos in seconds. I have £50 credit for one lucky winner to create some magical memories. July. How hot were you?! I didn't know if I was coming or going last month. Plus my emotions were all over the place with one child finishing pre-school and the other finishing Infants. Hello holidays and time with my beauties...
The kids are away over the Bank Holiday so Husband and I are making the most of it with multiple trips to the cinema and a cheeky cocktail!
Well, didn't April fly by! I’m really enjoying creating these post capturing memories of the past month. For me it was definitely a month of two halves: Easter holidays and my Mum's wedding. So the early part of the month was days out with my girlies, cinema trips on wet days and fun in the garden and park when the sun showed up. We also went up to London to see the latest Disney on Ice show at Wembley. And the back end I was completely absorbed in making my Mum's wedding cake which was a huge challenge for me and I was super pleased with the results. Esspecially as I made all the sugarpaste flowers by hand. The wedding was beautiful day. May holds the countdown to our holiday! Woo hoo!
March was a very social one. It kicked off with a huge dump of snow on World Book Day. Then we struggled to Birmingham for My Mum's hen weekend. We celebrated the world's first Auntie's Day with my Besties and their kiddies but then Mother's Day was cancelled due a poorly Little I and in turn a poorly me! Then we celebrated my Gran's 80th with yet more snow. Nieces and Nephews visited and we enjoyed the run up to Easter. Phew. Bring on April and the wedding!
Little E had her first ever gymnastics competition today. She did so well. No medals this time but a great introduction to the competitive side of the sport (without any pressure!). Also important to see other girls and boys of all shapes and sizes rocking the trampette and tumble. Very positive body image message.
