Last week’s meal plan went down a treat with my Chicken and Prawn Paella the highlight of the week. This week Husband is away a lot but I’m going to try and keep the meal planning going with the kids. Monday: Pointed peppers stuffed with bacon and couscous
Tuesday: Sausage and broccoli pasta (leftovers frozen from last week) Wednesday: Bulgur Wheat Kedgeree with Spinach Thursday: Taking the kids out for a treat while Husband is away! Friday: Rosemary & red onion sausages with homemade Potato Rostis, brocolli, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Saturday: Homemade Chinese chicken curry with rice and aubergine Sunday: Wholewheat Spaghetti Bolognaise All these meals will be prepared Slimming World friendly using fry light cooking spray and are syn free/low syn.

We're having bolognese and a homemade curry this week as well. However ours has more of an Indian taste to it (it's my dad's recipe).

I'm the worst meal planner in the world but gosh the curry chicken with aubergine sounds so delicious
