This week Husband is away a lot but I’m going to try and keep the meal planning going with the kids.
Tuesday: Sausage and broccoli pasta (leftovers frozen from last week)
Wednesday: Bulgur Wheat Kedgeree with Spinach
Thursday: Taking the kids out for a treat while Husband is away!
Friday: Rosemary & red onion sausages with homemade Potato Rostis, brocolli, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.
Saturday: Homemade Chinese chicken curry with rice and aubergine
Sunday: Wholewheat Spaghetti Bolognaise
All these meals will be prepared Slimming World friendly using fry light cooking spray and are syn free/low syn.
