This slow cooked garlic and honey chicken recipe is my new go to slow cooker dish. So easy to do and makes a wonderful dish for the whole family (yes, the kids lap it up faster than us!). Bursting with Asian flavours the key to this is not to over cook in, you'll only need about 3-4hrs on low in the crock pot so don't leave it on all day or your chicken will dry out.

This week I have my Mum's hen weekend so only a few days to plan then leave Husband to his own devices with the kids. This little monkey turned 7 this week. Super proud of my biggest little one. Happy Birthday Little E.

February is whizzing by. Last week the slow cooked honey garlic chicken was unbelievably good. I had to close my eyes at how much honey went in but oh my it was worth it. The kids loved it to so it will definitely be featuring on our menu again and I'll blog the recipe.
This week is a mad one and the lead up to my week of birthday madness starting on 18th where both my kids, my husband, Mum and Dad all celebrate their birthdays within 5 days. Yes, really! Plus we have lots of events so I'm trying to keep to the plan where I can!
Being fashionable while raising little ones takes effort. Not only do you have less time for yourself but babies tend to grab, tub and pull on all our favourite jewellery. But you can still be stylish with baby friendly jewellery which is made from super safe silicone safe for baby literally chew on it to help teething troubles. They are also super strong to ensure they won't break when baby is twiddling during feeding. Sounds like a winner all round! I am giving away this beautiful teething necklace from Nibbling to one lucky winner to keep for themselves or to give as the perfect Baby Shower gift.
