 February is whizzing by. Last week the slow cooked honey garlic chicken was unbelievably good. I had to close my eyes at how much honey went in but oh my it was worth it. The kids loved it to so it will definitely be featuring on our menu again and I'll blog the recipe. This week is a mad one and the lead up to my week of birthday madness starting on 18th where both my kids, my husband, Mum and Dad all celebrate their birthdays within 5 days. Yes, really! Plus we have lots of events so I'm trying to keep to the plan where I can! Monday - Pancakes! Yes, i know we are a day early but we are out on Shrove Tuesday. So Monday pancakes it is!
Tuesday - Out at Dinosaurs in the Wild launch event! Can't wait for this! Wednesday - Out for Valentine's Day. Wagamamas with the kids Thursday - Sausage casserole Friday - Stuffed peppers Saturday - Spaghetti Bolognaise Sunday - Joint birthday lunch for Husband and Little I with the family - Churros and Birthday cake for pudding!
