Isn't pancake day early this year! Little E loves a pancake so she was super excited when I told her she could have them for breakfast this morning (She isn't at school because she is recovering from an ear operation). Usually I make German pancakes in the oven at breakfast time because they are super quick and easy but on Shrove Tuesday it just has to be 'flippy' pancakes!

Time for our next February celebration cocktail courtesy of Tanqueray gin. If you missed last week's recipe and want to know a bit more about my cocktail month check it out here. Today we have the Clover Club, a stunning cocktail combining two of my favourite flavours: raspberry and gin. Please remember to always drink responsibly.
![]() Tanqueray Clover Club Ingredients 35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin 15ml Raspberry Syrup 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice Dash of Egg White Method Shake all ingredients together and strain into a martini glass, garnish with a raspberry Alchohol Units - 1.5 It's all going to be a bit quiet on the blog over the next few days while we get this little monkey sorted. She thinks spending the last few days at various A&E departments and assessment centres working out what is going on with her ear has been a massive adventure so let's hope the potential operation tomorrow morning is just as exciting.
While I'm scared out of my wits of course! First time either of my babies has gone under general anaesthetic. I'm definitely not going to hold together well...
