Cocktail Recipe: Tanqueray Raspberry & Lavender Gin Fizz

Hello February! Lovely to see you and wave goodbye to depressing January!

This month is a massive birthday month with Husband, both my parents and my two daughters all celebrating birthdays in the same week (I know, shocking planning) so throw in Valentines Day and it is the month of celebration in my household. I've teamed up with Tanqueray to bring you some fantastic gin cocktails to welcome February in style.

Perfect to mark the end Dry January, as a Valentine's tipple or just because you fancy something a bit special. Each week I will bring you a cocktail containing my favourite spirit with some unusual mixers. Today's recipe has romance written all over it. Please remember to drink responsibly!

​Tanqueray Raspberry and Lavender fizz

Ingredients
25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
15ml Lavender Liqueur (Raspberry liqueur also optional)
Top with Prosecco
4 x Fresh Raspberries

Method
Shake all ingredients together and pour into a coupette glass, top with prosecco and garnish with a raspberry or rose petal
