 Well, last week's meal plan started well but a stomach bug put the brakes on our weekend plans and made Mother's Day a bit of a wash out. I'm still not feeling human but I've bravely planned this weeks menu to make sure we eat healthily after our illness. Monday: Porky Lights sausages with mash, carrots and onion gravy Tuesday: Chicken and roasted vegetable risotto Wednesday: Chicken and Chorizo Fajitas Thursday: Pasta bolognaise with dough balls Friday: Homemade Chinese chicken curry with rice Sat: My Gran's 80th Birthday Party Sun: Roast pork with mash, Yorkshires, cabbage and peas. I'll be honest and say I'm flying by the seat of my pants this week, mainly because hubby is away. We've been to my folks for dinner once and had chicken nuggets and chips another night. Not very original! 14/3/2018 09:09:13 am
I hope your feeling better, our meal plans have went out the window the past few weeks as my children have been ill. I love porky lights xx They all sound great and it's brilliant that you can organise it all - our family eating has been a bit haphazard as I wasn't feeling well myself the last while but I did do a breadmaking course last night so we made pizza base as part of that and I did a healthy homemade tomato sauce.
