Meal Planning Monday: March 2018 - Week 1

5/3/2018

Picture of scones with Meal Planning Monday title across
After very successful meal planning last week, this week is shaping up to be a nightmare. Between us Husband and I are basically every night this week. This means I'll be eating with the kids or out - so it's a weird week to meal plan. Next week doesn't look great either but hopefully our schedule will calm down a bit towards the end of the month.
Monday - Beef and vegetable casserole

Tuesday - Spag bol

Wednesday - Roast chicken with sweet potato mash, yorkshires, stuffing and peas.

Thursday - Leftover roast chicken risotto with red peppers and spring onions

Friday - Prezzo with Mum (early Mother's Day dinner)

Sat - Out for friend's birthday

Sunday - Out for Mother's Day

I love the weekly meal planning posts! Hadn't thought about serving roast chicken with sweet potato mash before, might try that.

Yorkshire’s, stuffing. YUM! I live in France so these are the stuff of dreams. I really ought to make some Yorkshires, so easy I know but I never do! Enjoy your nights out. Kate | www.fivelittlestars.com

I find meal planning helps so much in knowing who is eating what and when and in terms of cost and not wasting food.

Ooh, nice that you’ve got so many meals out planned. Means you can relax and let someone else take care of the dishes, too! Bon ap!
