You may have noticed there hasn't been any Meal Planning posts over the past couple of weeks. This has been due to a mixture of the kid's school holidays, wedding prep for my Mum's upcoming wedding at the end of the month and a nasty case of tonsillitis (which hit right after the Easter Bank Holiday weekend). But with the kids deposited at school this morning and just two weeks until the big wedding I am firmly back on track. Here's what we are eating this week... Monday: Tuna and Couscous Salad
Tuesday: Bulgur Wheat with pesto, rocket and Porky Lights sausages Wednesday: Pasta Bolognaise with hidden veggies Thursday: Chinese Chicken Curry with rice Friday: Roasted Garlic, Apple and Butternut Squash soup Saturday: Rainbow Chilli Sunday: Roast chicken with Yorkshire Puddings and veggies What's on your menu this week?

Oh no I do hope that you are all feeling better now? But on another note how delicious does your menu look, loving the look of the veggie options like Roasted Garlic, Apple and Butternut Squash soup and rainbow chili for me. Delicious.

I really need to start working on my meal planning. If am so less stressed when I know what we're going to be eating. Your menu is inspiring - I've never had either couscous or bulgar before (I know, I live a little under a rock! haha)

Oh your menu looks delicious. When the kids are off school I find it so difficult to meal plan... I still make one but it alters quite a bit. Haha!
