Breastfeeding was one of the most amazing yet most difficult experiences of my life. Whilst I had loads of milk, I struggled with engorgement which meant I had to pump off milk before every feed to allow my babies to latch. And when they did latch I had the most painful let down reflex and they sucked my nipples raw! There is nothing worse than being told your latch is perfect when you are in complete agony!
