Only weigh once a week. I found that if I weighed everyday it put me off. Sometimes I was heavier than the day before due to water retention or muscle gain. Weighing less often will give you more motivation to continue.

Make lots of soups as a quick, easy and nutritious way of eating more veg. If after a meal you still feel hungry wait and give your stomach and brain time to communicate - have a coffee or a carrot and by the time you have done that you'll probably feel full.

Bulking out meals like currys, mince dishes with lots of veg - it goes a longer way, tastes the same (if not better!) and you still can have a generous portion.

I don't deny myself anything. I just eat much less of things that aren't so healthy. Diets are often hard to stick to because you feel you are missing out so I let myself have chocolate, but only one piece, or a tiny slither of cake, half a biscuit etc. And then eat it slowly. You'll savour the flavour and enjoy it more than stuffing a whole bar down your neck.

Lots of protein via lean chicken & fish as many green veg & salad as you like incl . Mushrooms & tomatoes. No potatoes or bread but rice crackers & sweet potatoes. I have natural yoghurt with summer fruits. Bananas & porridge made with whey powder & almond milk. Cottage cheese and eggs . Lots of fruit has hidden sugar so don't have loads. I fill up on chopped white cabbage, with mixed salad & celery .

Simply don't have unhealthy options in the houses we don't buy cakes, biscuits, crisps etc. But buy lots of fruit. It means if you want a snack the temptation isn't there so you make a healthy choice.

Ignore the '3 square meals' method. Eat little and often. Small meals throughout the day that way you'll know when you are full and won't go over it like you can do with larger meals.

This spiritual caster known as Lord Krish is really great in helping you get your ex back and making your infertility cured. I am happy to be one of the people to publish about him on the internet as a trusted and reliable spell caster. I am Lorraine Davis from Michigan, USA. Problems began to happen in my marriage after the 4th year of marriage and my husband began to cheat and sleep with other women because I was infertile and was not able to bear him a child. I contacted Lord Krish after reading comments on google and youtube about how he has been helping people and contacted his email: [email protected] to communicate with him and we spoke on Whats-App too. It's been more than a year now and I am happy to write about my encounter with him. Within 2 days of contact, my husband came home and apologized to me for his behavior and pleaded with me to forgive him. Before I knew it, I received the natural fertility herbal cure from the UPS which he sent to me and I became fertile. I conceived and gave birth to twin girls which made me very happy. As a result, my husband throughout my trimester periods, loved me even more. How grateful I am to be happy in my relationship. Contact Lord Krish through email at [email protected] if you are passing through any problem to help you and you will be glad you did
