The Christmas Diet: Weeks 3 & 4

8/12/2015

Busy couple of week and things have slipped somewhat on the diet front but I have been thinking more about my health in general including my non existent vitamin intake. I've been hearing loads about the benefits of vitamin E and have been researching the best vitamin E supplements out there so click for more info.

Back to the diet. Week 3 I stayed the same which was a miracle after eating a lot of Chinese food, pizza and hosting a 70's themed party which involved lots scampi and Babycham. Then this week I lost 1/2lb, which is better than nothing but was less than I was hoping. So I have lost in total 5.6lb in 4 weeks. I have 2 weeks left to lose the final 1.4lbs to hit my 7lb target. Completely doable if I knuckle down and as Husband is out at so many work events between now and Christmas I should be able to avoid his bad influence!

Meal plan for this week:

Salt and Pepper Basa fillets, sweet potato fries and baked kale
Chicken sausages with pesto quinoa and spinach
Spanish chicken with brown rice
Roast gammon with sweet potato mash and broccoli
Chilli con carne
Soy and honey chicken with pak choi
Christmas Sunday lunch with my Besties

Infertility is not something any woman is supposed to go through in life. I will therefore recommend that you read this. I'm Sarah Weston. I'm from Wisconsin, USA. Married for 11 years with infertility, my infertility journey has ended with the help of Lord Krish Spiritual. I have joined many infertility journey blogs online, and did IVF for 2 years. I searched for solutions to my problem and never relented which has helped me to find the right connection to help me cure this devastating problem. As a patient of endometriosis stage 3, it was really difficult to have a child but with the help of Lord Krish, I got fertile and conceived within days of the herbal treatment which he sent to me through DHL and before I knew it, my womb was opened and I conceived and was finally pregnant with twins babies. I never believed it was possible after 11 years of marriage. I gave birth to twins, Dale and Diane. I want to say thank you to Lord Krish and to everyone who has helped me both mentally and emotionally through this journey. Lord Krish solved my problem for me and I promised him to manifest his work to other people and friends. His Email to reach out to him is ([email protected])
