The Christmas Diet: Week 5

14/12/2015

This week started off so well! I was so good during the week then the weekend ruined everything with lots of eating out and treats. Oh dear. I managed to lose 0.6lb which is better than nothing but I am still 0.6lb off my 7lb target with only 1 week left to go! Talk about leaving it to the last minute.

Hopefully final loss is achievable this week as I have a Christmas admin week ahead sorting everything out. Husband is out 3 nights so I can eat light dinners and we are only entertaining at the weekend. I've got everything crossed!
Exercise wise it was a complete failure! Not only did I not manage any Yoogaia online classes, I also drove to school several days because of severe rain or having to go somewhere straight after drop off. This week I don't think I have any time for it but I am determined to at last do the school run walk which equates to 5hrs walking.
The meal plan for this week involves eating everything up ready for Christmas!

Baked eggs with bacon and peppers
Courgetti bolognaise
Fish with steamed veg and brown rice
Homemade burgers
Pork with Sweet potato mash and brocolli
Rainbow Chilli (Guests over Saturday night)
Roast chicken dinner

I really need a Christmas diet so badly. I think I ate everything in sight over the holiday. You are motivating me. Thank you ever so much for linking up to SWM and the amazing linky/blog support last year. It means the world to me that people come back again and again to share their amazing blogs. I hope this year is no different. It's great to get to know more blogs and I love reading each post every week and sharing them. You have such a lovely blog here. I wish you a huge happy new year!!! #sharewithme

Infertility is not something any woman is supposed to go through in life. I will therefore recommend that you read this. I'm Sarah Weston. I'm from Wisconsin, USA. Married for 11 years with infertility, my infertility journey has ended with the help of Lord Krish Spiritual. I have joined many infertility journey blogs online, and did IVF for 2 years. I searched for solutions to my problem and never relented which has helped me to find the right connection to help me cure this devastating problem. As a patient of endometriosis stage 3, it was really difficult to have a child but with the help of Lord Krish, I got fertile and conceived within days of the herbal treatment which he sent to me through DHL and before I knew it, my womb was opened and I conceived and was finally pregnant with twins babies. I never believed it was possible after 11 years of marriage. I gave birth to twins, Dale and Diane. I want to say thank you to Lord Krish and to everyone who has helped me both mentally and emotionally through this journey. Lord Krish solved my problem for me and I promised him to manifest his work to other people and friends. His Email to reach out to him is ([email protected])
