Last week I started my mission to lose half a stone before Christmas. After a week of hammering my soup maker and shunning pretty much all white carbs I am happy to report a 4lb weight loss! I am super excited and eager to keep going.
My new activity tracker had given me an idea of my average daily steps; 10,000 during the week (the walk to school helps boost this) and 6,000 at the weekend. But some days last week I was racking up 14,000 steps with additional walking into town after picking Little E up from school. The weather looks shocking this week so my outside walks will be limited as I don't want the girls getting soaked but to keep focused I am planning lots of Yoogaia online classes I can do at home (in the warm!).

Roast Gammon with poached eggs and salad
Homemade chicken and vegetable soup
Velvet Beef in Oyster Sauce with Pak Choi
Turkey Bolognaise with courgette spaghetti
