This is a favourite slow cooker dish of mine because it is so quick to prepare and tastes delicious! I recommend using chicken thigh fillets as they hold up better during the slow cooking process. Ingredients 600g chicken thigh fillets 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 jar passata 1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 onion 2 teaspoons Very Lazy chopped garlic 1 teaspoon Very Lazy chopped chilli Garlic Italian spice mix Directions Place the chicken thighs in a slow cooker Chop the peppers and onion into strips and place on top of the chicken. Add the chopped garlic, chopped chilli and Italian herbs. Pour in the passata and tinned tomatoes. Give everything a good stir. Pop the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8hrs. (If your sauce needs thickening add a squeeze of tomatoe purée half way through) Serve with fluffy rice or sweet potato wedges and green veg. This is a great recipe and I love that it uses Time Saving Ingredients. I run a feature on my blog called Time-Saving Tuesdays so will share next Tuesday if that's ok #TastyTuesday

Thanks for the recipe, I always have great intentions to use my slow cooker but never actually get round to it. Must get it out next week and give this a go.

I love anything that can be done in a slow cooker. Throw it in and eat later. And this looks like it would go great shoved in a tortilla. Thanks for linking up with #foodpornthursdays.

Hello! This recipe, too, appears to be old. But I'm ecstatic. I'm going to experiment with cooking with my air fryer. It's a lot of fun to experiment with different recipes. Thank you for giving this helpful information, blog owner.
