Review: Oilatum Daily Junior range

Little E has always had sensitive skin. Bathtime can be a little boring as she can't have bubbles and sometimes she even reacts to the shampoo we use on her hair. It isn't really eczema, more a rash which irritates her but she does get the odd patch of eczema flare up on her back from time to time.

Oilatum sent me this beautiful hamper containing their Daily Junior range plus a few little treats. Little E was super excited to try out the bath products (and bath toys!).

The range consists of Bath foam, Head to Toe wash and Shampoo plus a Lotion for use after the bath.

The super gentle soap free cleansers are perfect for Little E's sensitive skin plus they are gentle enough for Little I's new skin too. They foam up which is really cool as Little E is not usually allowed bubbles in her bath.

I was very pleased to find a shampoo forming part of a sensitive skin range. After rinsing it all ends up in the bath water and can irritate the same way as bubble bath. The Oilatum Daily Junior Shampoo cleans hair really well without irritation so it gets a big thumbs up from me!

I'll put my hands up and admit I usually only moisturise the kids when they get a patch of eczema or dry skin. The lotion really got me thinking about protecting the kids skin against dryness and the mild nature of this lotion makes it suitable for use every day. Bingo.

So overall I am super impressed with the Oilatum Daily Junior range and I'll be using it from now on. You can find it in Boots or your local pharmacy and most large supermarkets priced £4.99 - £5.49. Find out more at oilatum.co.uk/daily

Also I have to mention the amazing large White Company hydrocotton hooded towel we were sent in the hamper is fantastic for 1yr old Little I. I have looked everywhere for large hooded towels as they grow out of the little newborn hooded towels by about 6mths! This is unbelievably soft and amazing for sensitive skin. You can buy it here for £20.

We were sent the products above for review but all opinions are our own.

What a fab hamper! My son uses Oilatum Bath Additive for his psoriasis but I didn't know there was a daily range. He currently uses baby shampoo for his hair because it's gentle but it would be nice for him to have another option. Thank you for sharing :) #TriedandTestedTuesday

Oliatum is definitely something we've used in the past but unfortunately didn't suit our needs. Interesting to see they've branched out a bit.
Thanks for sharing your review on #TriedTested this week x

Really useful as my little man has recently developed eczema and I'm looking for products to use on him.

I bought a bottle to bath the baby but I didn't get a chance to use it yet because she got her BCG shot and I am not supposed to use any soap on it. But I am looking forward to use it as it seems to be really good reading this review. #triedtested

I have bought the bubble bath as I have 2 children with sensitive skin and they are fine with this

We used to use Oilatum with my 6 year old, and it worked wonders. Sadly it doesn't seem to help my 1 year olds eczema :( Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested

Great review, we have been using the soothe and protect head to toe as Boo has dry skin on her arms and back and nothing seemed to work, but this cleared it up within a week!!
