My Little Pony Rainbow Dash Style & Groom launch Party!

Last month Little E and I were invited to the launch party of the new must have Christmas toy - My Little Pony Rainbow Dash Style & Groom. My Little Pony is one of Little E's favourite TV programmes so I had a very excited 4yr old on the train ride up Clapham for the party at Happy Faces children's salon in Clapham.

The new Rainbow Dash Style & Groom toy is a hair makeover toy with a difference - it's a mane! Within minutes of arriving at the luxury kids salon Little E was mesmerised by Rainbow Dash and was discussing a host of potential hairstyles for her. There are so many accessories in the kit the possibilities for plaits, buns, clips are endless plus there are gems and stickers to apply to her body.

After some serious mane styling it was time for a break and Little E got the chance to be pampered herself with rainbow nails (her creative choice to match Rainbow Dash), glitter tattoos and hair styling. The hairstyles were recreated from the Rainbow Dash hair designs we had been following on the toy. Little E choose to have a side ponytail with beads threaded through and loved sitting in the pink aeroplane chair during her styling. 

After watching My Little Pony Friendship is Magic over lunch we were back at the toy styling until it was time to say a big thank you to the team from HTI and Blowfish for such a fab day and make our way home with our own Rainbow Dash Style & Groom in tow. Never have I seen such a little girl carry such a big box so far! Needless to say it has become a firm favourite with Little E and her little sister has been loving having a go too.
