The nice weather has made messy play a lot easier and more frequent as we can decamp into the garden! This week the paints came out. Little E chose to paint some Mother's Day cards from our Baker Ross stash which was fortuitous timing as Mother's Day was just around the corner. They are nice thick card which folded over to become pop ups one you are done. As usual pink and purple were the favoured colours. It was great to see Little E trying to inmitate the letters trying to spell out MUM as she was painting. One wasn't enough and she ended up painting four cards (plus most of her hands/arms) so I am a very spoiled Mum. Craft materials supplied by Baker Ross as part of their blogger network. All opinions are our own. This post is linked to #letkidsbekids with @karentwinlife and #creativechallenge with #becomingaSAHM

Aww this is so lovely, bless her! Lucky you with all those cards too! Good idea to get the messy play outside while we have a bit of sun! I can't wait till our garden is finished and we can do the same! Thanks so much for linking xx #creativechallenge
