This week is our very first half term. I am so excited about having Little E home all week! I had a very nasty accident with the spiralizer last week resulting in a deep cut in my middle finger. Despite this I am still very much in love with it and plan on using it for lots more meals this week. Monday Kids - fishcakes and carrots, Me - out at bookclub, Husband - leftover Thai Tuesday Spiralized courgette 'spaghetti' bolognaise Wednesday Baked eggs Thursday Chicken sausages with Quinoa pesto and spinach Friday Dinner at Birdworld Saturday Spooky Halloween pasta shapes with tomato and spinach sauce. Garlic dough balls Sunday Dinner at Jamie's Italian, Guildford

It's our first half term too! I'm very jealous of your spiralizer, I've wanted one for ages. Your meal plans sounds great too!

I was just wondering if you plan your meals a week ahead? We found by doing this it cuts down on our waste and shopping bill.

That spiralizer thingy looks like a gem! Especially for sweet potatoes. I have fallen in love with sweet potatoes but my littles are just not big carb of any kind fans. Tonight we had seared fish with steamed broccoli and no starch and they cleaned their plates. Thanks for sharing with the final #foodpornthursdays.
