June was holiday month for us as the 4 of us jetted of to Spain for 10 days at the beginning of the month. I can honestly day it was the best holiday we've had as a family and I was so ridiculously relaxed. Clearly age 4 is the tipping point where holidays with kids feel less like assault courses! I read loads of books and drank lots of Sangria. Bliss! Of course we came back and I had two weeks of work to catch up on plus the school summer fair to help organise which drove me to neat spirits, so the back end of the month felt like a whirlwind and the blog suffered but I'm back on track for July. Lots of happy memories made in June...

Looks like you had a wonderful June. Making childhood memories is so special and it's lovely that you've captured all the special ones in June. The reading and Sangria also sounds perfect.

This is such a lovely idea for a post. I think you are right about holidays becoming easier when they are four. I took my eldest away alone and really noticed the difference. Have a lovely July x
