Christmas is officially on in this household. Our tree is up. Decorations adorn the house. Cards are written. The presents are bought (not quite wrapped - yet). It is safe to say I'm feeling suitably festive.
Traditions have changed since I met Husband. His family do things a little differently so we have amalgamated our traditions to make our own set for the girls to grow up with. Actually it's more a case of we do things his way because he is a giant kid himself! Firstly, fresh bedding and new PJ's for Christmas Eve. There is nothing better than snuggling down in fresh sheets the night before the big day. Their sacks and stockings are laid out in their bedrooms. Mince pies and carrots are left out for the moonlight visitors. Then when the kiddies are asleep Santa delivers everything, yes, EVERYTHING into their bedrooms. You can imagine what it is like Christmas morning!
The rest is a jumble of paper and boxes and madness. Very special chaos which only happens once a year.

I hope to see you again tomorrow for another great round. Please note it’s the very last SWM for 2015 and a special edition, year in review so you can link up your favorite four post from this year if you would like and I will return in the New Year ready to read all your amazing blog posts again.
