One year ago today I published my first blog post! I was 20 weeks pregnant with my second child and I wanted to share my experiences with other parents. It began as mainly a pregnancy diary where I vented about SPD, the trauma of getting an elective C-section on the NHS and heartburn! Little I completed our family on 18th February 2014 (on Husband's 30th birthday) and the blog focus has shifted with her arrival. The reviews of maternity clothes and C-section support belts have morphed into prams and highchairs. Running alongside it all 3yr old Little E's adventures have been charted. The good, the bad and the downright awful moments of life with a Threenager! There have been lots of highlights including being invited to be ambassadors for some great brands; Chicco, Baker Ross and Cow & Gate. We have also been asked to put lots of different products through their paces from breast pumps to fairy houses. My absolutely favourite blog moment was my tour of the Tiffany Rose maternity occasion wear design studio seeing the current AW14 collection being designed. Being handy with a sewing machine myself it was a dream to see a professional studio in action. To date 113,000 unique users have visited the blog (!) and by far the most popular post is my review of the Chicco Urban travel system. I am celebrating my Blog Birthday this week with some competitions! The first is a family ticket for 4 to Diggerland worth £78.90! It is live here and runs until Wednesday 8th October.
