Being a mum means you have a pretty busy schedule. Balancing your work and family is a lot, but when you add the effort you have to put in to look good, the whole thing can become overwhelming. So, here are a few easy tips presented in six steps that will help you shorten your beauty routine and look good while you are balancing your daily commitments.

Clean and moisturise

Your day should start by thoroughly cleaning your face. Use a cleanser that is gentle and won’t dry your skin. Splash your face with warm water before applying the cleanser but rinse the product off using cold water. Warm water will open your pores and prepare them for a thorough cleaning and the cold water will tighten them. After cleaning your face, you should apply a good moisturizing cream to it. Your choice of a moisturizer is very important. A good moisturizer will protect and nurture your skin. That is why you should opt for high-quality brands like Skinceuticals that offer a range of skincare products for different skin types. In the morning always apply a cream with an SPF to protect your skin. In this step, you are refreshing your face after a long night and preparing it for the rest of the routine. Don't forget to moisturise your body too with a good quality wholesale body butter.

Cover imperfections

Now that you have prepared and protected your face you can move on to makeup. Start by applying some foundation and powder. If you don’t have oily skin you can skip the powder. When you apply foundation on your face make sure to pay special attention to the areas of your face that are problematic: dark circles under the eyes, reddish areas, and blemishes if you have any.

Highlight

Time to highlight! It is just what your need after a late night. Applying highlighter will make you look fresh and rested in seconds. You should apply it above your cheekbones, above the eyebrows, and on the bridge of the nose. Follow the natural curves of your face and blend it in well

Blush

Add some colour to your cheeks. Make sure you choose a blush colour that works with your skin tone and is not too saturated because you are doing your day makeup. Apply it to your cheekbones and don’t smile while doing this! When we smile our cheeks rise, so if you apply your blush that way as soon as you stop smiling your cheeks will drop. But if you apply blush without smiling you will have those high cheekbones you always wanted

Bring out your eyes

Picture
Comb through your eyebrows to remove any leftover foundation or powder and fill them in lightly. If you have naturally thick eyebrows it will be enough to just comb through them, every minute counts. And don’t forget about mascara. Putting just a few light coats of mascara on your eyelashes will bring out your eyes. For a more dramatic look, you can curl your eyelashes before applying mascara and draw a fine line along your lash line with eyeliner for more definition

Pucker up!

Last but not least, apply lipstick. You should find a colour that will look natural on your lips but enhance their colour slightly. A natural lip always looks good and you can’t go wrong with it. However, if you prefer a more dramatic look don’t hesitate to go for a bolder colour. Red is always in style.

Okay, now you have it. This morning beauty routine will help take care of your skin and make you look good. It might seem like it will take more time that you have to spare, but trust me it takes no more than seven minutes! Try this six-step routine tomorrow morning and see for yourself!

I have to admit, my skincare routine is the first thing to slip when I'm struggling for time (which, given that I have a four month old right now, is all the time!) But I know that it's the most important thing for me, more so than makeup really! I do love a little bit of makeup though, even on the most rushed days a quick bit of foundation, blush, and lipstick always makes me feel a bit better.

Moisturizing and cleaning your face is so important. If i'm in a rush I tend to just use a base and cover the imperfections on my face and swipe a bit of blush x

I cleanse and moisturise everyday but rarely wear makeup as there's no real need. But this is a great little guide for busy mums!

I must admit that skin care is way down on my list of important things to do, but it really should be high up! Lovely tips and such stunning photos!

Great tips. I've been trying to make more of an effort with my skin and make up now I'm in my 30s (sob!) and am doing most of these. Not highlighter though.... adding it to the list now :) Cx

Certainly! Good skincare is essential for a healthy complexion. Cleanse your face daily, moisturize, use sunscreen, and stay hydrated. Additionally, a balanced diet and regular exercise contribute to overall well-being, reflecting positively on your skin.https://77acacpjmwbqby662c4dwcj98p.hop.clickbank.net

This spiritual caster known as Lord Krish is really great in helping you get your ex back and making your infertility cured. I am happy to be one of the people to publish about him on the internet as a trusted and reliable spell caster. I am Lorraine Davis from Michigan, USA. Problems began to happen in my marriage after the 4th year of marriage and my husband began to cheat and sleep with other women because I was infertile and was not able to bear him a child. I contacted Lord Krish after reading comments on google and youtube about how he has been helping people and contacted his email: [email protected] to communicate with him and we spoke on Whats-App too. It's been more than a year now and I am happy to write about my encounter with him. Within 2 days of contact, my husband came home and apologized to me for his behavior and pleaded with me to forgive him. Before I knew it, I received the natural fertility herbal cure from the UPS which he sent to me and I became fertile. I conceived and gave birth to twin girls which made me very happy. As a result, my husband throughout my trimester periods, loved me even more. How grateful I am to be happy in my relationship. Contact Lord Krish through email at [email protected] if you are passing through any problem to help you and you will be glad you did
