Christmas Stocking Fillers For Kids

Christmas is just around the corner and this year I have decided to do a round up of the little gifts which make perfect Christmas stocking fillers for kids! I love the stockings more than the big presents. They are super fun to open and you never know what you are going to get (although it is essential mine includes a chocolate orange). Everything is available to buy online so you don't need to worry about the crowds during this very unusual year. 

Smiggle Slapbands

Dobble Card Game

If your kids haven't played Dobble then make sure they receive this little tin in their stocking to hone their observation and concentration skills. The clever game involves 55 cards, 57 symbols in total and 8 symbols. Each two cards have one symbol in common. To win you have to find and name the symbol. Radox Handmade Bath Bombs

I spotted these Radox bath bombs in my local Tesco and picked up a couple for my girls stockings. They aren't too big so will fit in perfectly. Baths and 'relaxing' are their new favourite thing and I love that these bombs have little bits of the flowers inside which will float on the surface during the fizzing. They cost £2.50 each but I got them on Clubcard price for just £1.50 each. 

Hannah the Spannah Books

I always make sure my kids have a book in their stockings. The series of Hannah the Spanner books are so much fun and my 6yr old loves them. Hannah and her little sister Lucy get up to all kids of magical adventures from dancing bears to trips to the moon. The illustrations are fantastic and really bring the story to life. Trust me, your kids will love them. £7.99 each

Colour Burst Crayon Activity Set

I love these super cool personalised name crayons. Plus the picture is of my name so I love them even more! My kids got these for Christmas last year and they were so much fun to watch the crystals growing. This magical growing snowman is just one of the designs available. You can also get mermaids, tree and other fun crystal kits. The snowman is currently on sale for just £3.99

Rory's Story Cubes

Roll the dice and create your own story! Rory's Story Cubes are a great way to fuel kids imagination and stimulate creativity. The nine dice each have six images so over 1 million combinations on every roll! You can also play as a family, each person rolling and continuing the next part of the story.
