Baby diary: Week 31

Big breakthrough this week: Little I finally gave in and accepted a bottle. It only took about three months to break her will... And so began a week where she dropped two feeds including the 4am night feed(!) She still will only take the cheap 80p Tesco bottles but we have to make a big hole in the teat for her.

Picture

She is sleeping wonderfully, only waking once for a nappy change and quick cuddle. She self settles very easily. She has begun wriggling this week. We now find her in all kinds of weird and wonderful positions in her cot.

Picture

She has taken to cuddling up to a muslin or blanket when sleeping. She rubs it against her face to soothe herself to sleep whilst sucking her middle fingers.

Picture

I leave Little I and Husband alone for 5minutes and my phone gets bombarded with selfies! What a pair!

Picture

She is still being a clingon when we are out and won't let anyone but Husband or I hold her but she seems to have relaxed at home and is happy to interact with visitors there.

Picture

We began baby massage classes this week. She enjoys it but is more interested in craning her neck around to nose at the other babies! Just like her big sister used to. Nosy baby!

She looks so happy in all the photos! Well she looks amazed in the selfie ones, and she sleeps in such a cute way!
Glad you had a breakthrough with the bottle, Osian will only drink from medela ones! It's funny how they can take to one but absolutely no others! #MMWBH

The selfies are such a daddy thing - I have loads with my partner and monster, even though she's nearly 4 they still do it! It's amazing how fast children grow up.

Ahh bless her. way to go baby girl on the bottle. It took MM forever to take a bottle then when I had to wean her off breastmilk and give her formula it took another month to get her to take it mixed at first then complete formula. Girls are stubborn that way aren't they. She looks cuter than ever and for some reason older this week from last. Its amazing how different they can look and change in one week. I miss these stages. Enjoy every minute of it. Thanks for linking up to Share With #sharewithme

Ah - your baby girl is gorgeous! There's no wonder your husband wants to take lots of selfies with her - too cute! And changing so quickly. X #sharewithme
