Little I had been a bit better this week. Her cough is still there but less pronounced and she isn't being sick anymore. She is still a bit clingy so I have been trying out a ring sling to keep her close to me. She seems to like sitting on my hip which is a major breakthrough as she hated the other slings/carriers I have tried. Another new pastime seems to be falling asleep on her tummy. She has had several naps ok the playmat in between playing sessions. It is nice to see her so relaxed. Weaning is going well and is loving every food we put in front of her. So far her favourites include pear, peach and carrot. She'd eat a lot more if I let her and gets really angry if we eat anything in front of her without feeding her too! She has also been trying out cool boiled water in a sippy cup. I think some is going in! But on the milk front we are still having issues getting her to take expressed milk from a bottle. It was chaotic at the weekend when I tried to attend a wedding without her and she refused the bottle and after 7hrs had to be driven over to me for a feed followed by me leaving early to put her to bed. Stubborn baby!!! Linking up to #sharewithme letstalkmommy.com at #MMWBH superbusymum.net at #babybabble at carsonsmummy.blogspot.co.uk
