Baby diary: Week 18

A breakthrough this week! Little I took 2oz of expressed milk from a bottle. Hurrah. Admittedly it was reluctant but she has now taken something so we can build on that. After trying seven different bottles she took the milk from an 80p basic bottle with a fast flow teat. Typical!

The rolling has continued resulting in her first tummy sleep. It was so cute. She rolled over and had a look about then closed her eyes and had a little sleep. Little E thought this was so sweet and stroked her face.

She seems to be favouring sucking her middle fingers over her thumb. It makes her look like a rock star!

She laughed for the first time today. I've been trying to get her to repeat it for Husband but she refuses to perform!

hahaha the rock star look suits her! MM did this then it moved to her pinky now her thumb after a year. So funny. She still likes that pointer finger too. The photo of both of them while baby sleeps almost made me cry. So precious and so much love in that photo you can tell. MM turns one tomorrow and I am feeling all emotional about it and her being my last baby. So at least I can live the baby weeks and months through you now. lol Thanks for linking up to Share With Me. #sharewithme

Aww bless her, she's lovely. Funny you said that about the cheap bottle, when I was being discharged from hospital, they said if you go onto bottles, just buy one from the pound shop, because the teats are softer, so they take to them easier. I'd forgotten all about it until now x

What a clever girl! My girls would never take a bottle at all so consider this a success! She is looking as gorgeous as ever too!
