Despite my lack of blogging last week (I caught the kid's virus) I did actually manage to meal plan and we stuck to it perfectly. One of the highlights was a butterfly shape German pancake oven baked for Little E's breakfast. The recipe is super easy all you need is: 2 eggs 1/3 cup plain flour 1/3 cup milk Pinch of salt 2tbsp butter Whisk the eggs and sift in the flour and salt. Mix in 1/2 the milk. Keep mixing then add the rest of the milk. Grease the desired baking tray of choice with the butter(we went for a butterfly cake mould). Pop in the oven at about 180 for 15mins or so (until the edges puff up and start to brown) Now onto this week. It is a short week as Husband is off on a stag weekend Friday morning and I am off to my Mum's for the weekend. Monday: Baked cod in a cherry tomato sauce with a sweet potato mash and roasted kale Tuesday: Turkey meatball pasta Wednesday: Lamb steaks with red wine jus, sweet potato wedges and brocolli Thursday: Chicken breasts stuffed with herby mozerella and salad Friday: Out Saturday: Out Sunday: Chicken shish kebabs with salad Linking up to #mealplanningmonday with athomewithmrsm.com #allaboutyou with mama-andmore.com #tastytuesday with honestmum.com #foodpornthursday with moderndadpages.com and #twinklytuesday with mummascribbles.com

Husband and I went to a stunning wedding in Richmond on Friday. Don't you just adore kid free weddings?! There were lots of lovely touches to the wedding such as a vintage ice cream cart (yes, I had more than I should) and a caricature artist. So here we are in full comic glory! Little E instantly recognised us the next day so he must have got us right!
