Yesterday we spent the day sailing to France (and back again) for a little trip to see how the In-Laws holiday home renovations are coming along. Little I was a bit baffled by being woken up at 4am but Little E thought it was a great adventure and kept asking if we were in France yet - even before we arrived at the ferry port! My favourite moment was watching them sea gazing... Now I'm even more excited about our slightly less mini adventure to Spain next month! Gorgeous photo and so effective in black and white - gives it quite a pensive quality.

What a lovely picture and so great they both enjoyed the trip, I get seasick so we go by the tunnel now, I do miss the boat though #bwphotoproject

I prefer the boat as it breaks up the journey but Husband likes the train because it is quicker! So we can't win! X

That's so funny! I linked pretty much the same photo (with my kids of course ;-)) a few weeks back on my captured moment! We were going to France and the kids were looking back towards the white cliffs of Dover! They are probably about the same age as your kids too... such a coincidence xx

Gorgeous picture and what a fun adventure! I bet the kids loved getting on the ferry. There's something slightly 'old word' about this picture, which I really like. Thanks for linking up to #MyCapturedMoment xxx
