The Christmas Diet (Meal Planning Monday)

I haven't weighed myself in 6 months. I've been avoiding it as I expect I have put on about half a stone over the summer but my new Garmin Vivofit2 activity tracker arrived at the weekend and required my weight for set up. So I nervously got on the scales this morning to find I have put on exactly 7lb. At least I know my own body well enough that my estimation was correct! I know why it has happened - I took my eye off the ball focusing on the kids over the summer then settling Little E into school.
So the plan is to shift this 7lb by Christmas and the diet and exercise plan starts this week. I have a Yoogaia online interactive yoga and pilates subscription which has been shockingly underused the past few months so I will be making use of that and giving you regular updates on my fitness levels . Also my new soup maker will be taking a hammering!

So here is this week's meal plan...

Monday
(Kids - picnic after gymnastics)
Courgetti bolognaise - courgette ribbons made using my spiraliser instead of pasta

Tuesday
(Kids - leftover Courgetti Bolognaise)
Homemade carrot and sweet potato soup with wholemeal pitta bread

Wednesday
(Kids - homemade mini tortilla crust pizzas)
Guests for dinner - Heck chicken sausages with pesto bulgur wheat and spinach

Thursday
(Kids - leftover chicken sausages and pesto bulgar wheat)
Out with the school mums - this will be tricky as it is a pub meal but I'll try and keep low carb.

Friday
(Kids - Dinner at Bestie's house)
Pork fillets stuffed with apple seved with roasted curly kale.

Saturday
Pizza Express birthday lunch for Cousin E - I'll be having a salad!

Sunday - Roast Chicken dinner with sweet potatoes and lots of veg.

Infertility is not something any woman is supposed to go through in life. I will therefore recommend that you read this. I'm Sarah Weston. I'm from Wisconsin, USA. Married for 11 years with infertility, my infertility journey has ended with the help of Lord Krish Spiritual. I have joined many infertility journey blogs online, and did IVF for 2 years. I searched for solutions to my problem and never relented which has helped me to find the right connection to help me cure this devastating problem. As a patient of endometriosis stage 3, it was really difficult to have a child but with the help of Lord Krish, I got fertile and conceived within days of the herbal treatment which he sent to me through DHL and before I knew it, my womb was opened and I conceived and was finally pregnant with twins babies. I never believed it was possible after 11 years of marriage. I gave birth to twins, Dale and Diane. I want to say thank you to Lord Krish and to everyone who has helped me both mentally and emotionally through this journey. Lord Krish solved my problem for me and I promised him to manifest his work to other people and friends. His Email to reach out to him is ([email protected])
