Last week I bared my soul (my weight) with you all in an attempt to commit to my healthy eating regime. I have some success to report. I have lost 0.4kg. That is just under 1lb. I was hoping for more and was expecting to see a lower number on the scales yesterday but at least things are moving in the right direction!
This week I am starting to listen to Slimpod which is a 10minute audio download designed to help change your behaviours and relationship with food. I've heard lots of positive things about it so hopefully it'll help support my healthy lifestyle changes.
