It’s that time of year again, hot chocolate, twinkling lights, and the festive tunes on the radio. But if, like me, you groan a little at the thought of picking “safe but boring” gifts (yes, socks again… sigh), then this year is going to be different. Welcome to the All About A Mummy Christmas Gift Guide: a curated collection of thoughtful, fun and family-friendly ideas that’ll make you feel a little less stressed and a lot more excited about gifting.

As a mum to two cheeky girls (and one equally cheeky husband in tow), I’ve learnt that the perfect present isn’t about the price tag or the sparkle. It’s about the reaction: the surprised gasp, the grin. Whether you’re shopping for your best friend, your partner, or even yourself, I’ve got you covered.

So sit back, perhaps treat yourself that second mince-pie, and let’s get snipping and clicking. Because this year, you’re not just buying “stuff”, you’re giving moments, memories and that warm fuzzy feeling when someone unwraps exactly what you hoped they’d love. Let the festive fun begin!

Carrie Elizabeth Handcrafted Jewellery

Last year I asked (very nicely) for a stunning ring from Carrie Elizabeth and this year my Christmas list has levelled up again: A Night Sky Turquoise Necklace which come in Gold Vermeil or Sterling Silver - both gorgeous.

Their jewellery is just so beautiful, that perfect mix of delicate, sparkly and wearable-every-day without feeling too “special occasion only”. If you love pieces that feel meaningful and magical, their collection is on point. Browsing is harmless...

CHRISTMAS Gift Hamper

Who doesn’t love a hamper? There’s something undeniably joyful about peeking beneath the lid of a beautifully wrapped box and discovering a mini-adventure in treats, nibbleable delights and little luxuries. At Gift Hampers UK you’re spoiled for choice: wine, beer, chocolate, tea & coffee, free-from goodies, non-alcoholic options… you name it.

Whether you’re shopping for the foodie friend, the gin-loving parent, a colleague you’re showing appreciation to or simply treating yourself, a themed hamper is the perfect send-off: thoughtful, ready to go and effortlessly impressive. It’s not just a gift, it’s a little box of joy, curated to delight.

Football Commentary Charts by Clive Tyldesley

If you’re searching for a truly unique gift for a football fan, look no further than the remarkable Football Commentary Charts by Clive Tyldesley. These authentic prints are more than memorabilia,  they’re pieces of sporting history, captured and handwritten by one of the most recognisable and iconic voices in the game.

Each chart offers a glimpse inside the mind of the commentator during some of the most unforgettable matches of the modern era. From the players who stole the headlines to the stats, stories, and background details that shaped the drama, these charts transform football moments into thoughtful, beautifully crafted keepsakes. Prices range from £20.00 - £60.00

Rhe Amore Leopard Print Suede Envelope Purse

Leopard print is everywhere this year, and honestly, I’m all in. If you have someone in your life who loves a bit of personality in their accessories, RheAmore’s suede leopard pieces are such gorgeous little treats to pop under the tree. The Leopard Print Envelope Purse (£18.00) is slim, chic and just the right amount of “look at me”. It’s perfect for nights out, coffee runs, or simply adding a pop of sass inside your everyday handbag. One of those accessories that makes you feel a tiny bit more put-together, even when you’re anything but.

Blooming Bees Year of Flowers Subscription

If you want a gift that feels extra magical, the Blooming Bees Scottish Flower Subscriptions are absolutely dreamy. Think doorstep deliveries of fresh, hand-picked flowers straight from their fields, each arrangement changing with the seasons. Spring brings delicate tulips and anemones, summer bursts into colour, and autumn leads into those rich, full chrysanthemums that finish the year beautifully.

You can choose a 3-month, 6-month or full year subscription, so it really is the gift that keeps on giving. Every bouquet is a little moment of joy arriving in the post, such a lovely way to brighten someone’s home long after the Christmas decorations come down. From £66.00

If you’re shopping for someone who appreciates design as much as they love comfort, the lamps from Thirty Three Interiors are a Christmas gift that truly stands out. What sets them apart is the irresistible combination of luxurious fabric shades and highly stylised bases, their pieces that feel more like art than accessories.

I'm a little obsessed with the choices. The fabric choices are genuinely swoon-worthy: rich textures, thoughtful patterns, and elegant finishes that instantly elevate a space. Paired with sculptural bases, from contemporary silhouettes to refined, characterful forms, each lamp becomes a curated style moment. For anyone who loves interiors, colour, texture, or beautifully crafted details, a lamp from Thirty Three Interiors is a show-stopping gift.

UKIYO Japanese GIN

Picture
Now, it wouldn't be Christmas if I didn't recieve a botle of gin from somone... and this year I have been blown away by Ukiyo Gin. You know I love a pretty bottle, and look how stunning these are! My favourite is the Japanese Blossom Gin which is distilled with sakura (cherry) blossom flowers and leaf and literally bursts with flavour. I am hoping the Japanese Yuzu gin is in my stocking this year. If Vodka is more of your tipple they also make a Japanese Rice Vodka which sounds like a super interesting Christmas gift and I bet they won't have tried it... Available direct from Ukiyo or most supermarkets.

Lakeland Leather Tote Bag

If you’re looking for gifts that feel a little extra special this Christmas, Lakeland Leather is one of those brands to turn to. With roots in the stunning Lake District, they’ve been crafting beautiful, long-lasting leather pieces since 1955. Their collection is full of those “this will last me years” gifts we all secretly hope to unwrap.

Hardwick Leather & Suede Cross Body Bag (£79.99) is a gorgeous blend of practicality and polish, with a soft suede front panel and a secure magnetic fastening. It’s one of those bags that works for everyday wear but still feels luxurious, the kind of statement piece people ask you about for years to come.

Knife Making Experience Day

If you’re shopping for someone who’s impossible to buy for,  the “already has everything” type,  this is the gift that’ll make their eyes light up. A viking knife-making experience day (£225.00) is exactly what it sounds like: It’s hands-on, fiery, and just the right amount of dramatic. It’s unusual, and a total win for anyone who loves a challenge.

This would be a fantastic gift for my Dad. I wish we lived closer to Soulful Iron in Gloucestershire, but if you do or you know somone who does, this is the perfect gift. The website also has a host of hand forged products you can order for delivery. They make brilliant stocking fillers, especially if you want something unique that isn’t mass-produced.

If you need more inspiration take a look at my gift guide archives which are jam packed with ideas for unique and treasured gifts.
