Wow! Monday again! Hope you are having a great ban holiday in the sunshine. Last week's menu went really well and we actually stuck to it. This week I'm trying to run down the freezer so I'll be using up lots of leftovers. I'm getting a bit bored of repeating the same recipes so after the clear out I'm looking forward to trying some new dishes. Here's this week's meal plan: Monday: Gammon with stuffed peppers
Tuesday: Roast Chicken risotto with gravy (which is based on this Jamie Oliver turkey risotto recipe) Wednesday: Pasta Bolognaise bake Thursday: Porky Lights sausages with Bulgar Wheat pesto and greens Friday: Spanish chicken with new potatoes Saturday: Chicken Curry with rice Sunday: Slow cooked lamb shanks with mash and veggies What's on your menu this week?

Oo this sounds like a tasty week of meals! We're having pasta bake, DIY nandos and falafel in pitta :)

Loving the meals you have on your list, I really like meal planning but always find excuses as to why I can't fit it in, should probably start as it would make meal times much easier.
