Despite March being the month we knuckle down to fit into our outfits for my Mum's wedding we still aren't doing very well! We stuck to last week's meal plan quite well but my Gran's 80th Birthday on Sunday scuppered things as did a cheeky spontaneous visit to Bella Italia on Sunday... But we are back on track this week and determined to stick to healthy eating 100%. Here's my meal plan for the week (all Slimming World friendly) Monday - Roasted pork loin with cous cous and homemade Asian coleslaw
Tuesday - Left roast pork and sweet pepper risotto Wednesday - Bolognaise over Jacket Potatoes Thursday - Homemade chicken curry & sticky rice Friday - Bulgur wheat kedgeree with spinach Saturday - Our nieces and nephews are staying so we'll be making our own pizzas using wraps as bases. Sunday - Roast chicken with Yorkshires and loads of veg. What's on your menu this week?

I love this meal plan! I really feel that I would like to be organised with planning ahead and creating some variety.

I love the thought of the chicken curry and sticky rick, that sounds delicious! The pizza wraps sound like a good one, actually never had any before so will have to try it.

Everytime I read these meal plans I am filled with envy and wish I could come for dinner! The chicken curry with sticky rice sounds delish! x
